Very nice place, we had afternoon tea for two, which was good and plenty of it. Service was good. Only let down was the tea, not the best brand or even enough tea bags for a bit pot either.
Stayed in the holiday cottage recently. It was an amazing experience with beautiful lake view & calming walks. Would highly recommend for a relaxing break from hectic life.
Very beautiful and comfortable place. We got the king lake view and it was nice. Only downsides were that our hot water went halfway through the night so we had cold baths and the balcony was full of bird poop, including on one of the chairs. These weren't anything bad hough as we got chairs from inside to sit on outside which was nicer. The breakfast was fab and lots of choices and the bed itself was so comfy
Abosultely amazing. Went to the Four Roots Wellbeing Spa and it was the best. Would definitely recommend and visit again soon. Facilities are clean, staff are very pleasant. Food selection was great also.
The gym is ok. It's a hotel kind of gym. Plenty of treadmills, rowing machines and some dumbells. The pool is nice with both sauna and steam room. Tennis and squash courts avaliable (need to book them). Crazy golf course is fun. Some fitness classes are available. Something for everyone.

Stayed for four days at the hotel, and used the pool every day. At 22m, there is plenty of length for a proper swim, and I found it to be not too crowded, apart from just after the children's swimming lesson slot. I even spent a very serene half hour with the pool to myself. In all, 5.5 miles over the time I was there. If I lived locally, I'd become a member!
Sawan and krunal were the best hosts, in a hospitality industry where service is everything, these were the best! Highly recommended!
